My goal isn't so much to lose weight, although that'd definitely be the cherry on top, but I have Hypothyroid disease and digestive issues that I want to get regulated naturally. So today's blast was made especially for hormone balance in women:
1-2 handfuls spinach (suppose to use Butterhead lettuce, don't have any)
1/2 peach
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
1/8 cup almonds
2 TBsp hemp hearts
water
Hi sis, just wanted to let you know that you can substitute almond butter if you want too. Sometimes I do just to make it a bit more creamy!!
