Morning Smoothie for Hormone Balance

So, I'm starting my 5th day of Nutriblasts and I've lost 4 pounds!  I thought I'd start a blog for myself and friends to keep our favorite Nutribullet recipes and to encourage each other on our new journey to health.  Well, my sister Kathy is a seasoned pro by now, but I'll let her tell her story.  ;)

My goal isn't so much to lose weight, although that'd definitely be the cherry on top, but I have Hypothyroid disease and digestive issues that I want to get regulated naturally.  So today's blast was made especially for hormone balance in women:

1-2 handfuls spinach (suppose to use Butterhead lettuce, don't have any)
1/2 peach
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
1/8 cup almonds
2 TBsp hemp hearts
water

  1. Hi sis, just wanted to let you know that you can substitute almond butter if you want too. Sometimes I do just to make it a bit more creamy!!
